About Katharine

I have been practicing law since 1997. Since making Oregon my home in 2008, my practice has focused on estate planning (wills and trusts), estate and trust administration, preparation of estate tax returns, and prenuptial/domestic partnership agreements.

I am a former member of the Executive Committee (2023 – 2025) and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Planning Committee (2018-2023) of the Oregon State Bar Estate Planning Section, and have been a frequent speaker at Oregon State Bar CLE seminars.
